The Inn has recently celebrated it’s 50th birthday, for 36 of those years it has consistently held 3 Michelin Stars making it the UK’s most historically successful restaurant!

Hurley House Hotel is a relatively recent addition to the Berkshire hotel and restaurant scene and is exquisite in every way. It offers ‘five star’ service, superb food and a great atmosphere. I have been involved with the hotel since it opened and am pleased to be playing to a busy crowd there most Friday nights!

I make one, sometimes two, trips every year to ‘crazy’ Bangkok in Thailand to play at Vie Hotel, Bangkok. The hotel is located in the city centre and is very popular with tourists from all over the world. International culinary events, such as 2023’s ‘Maestro’ event, are the invention of hotelier Nicolas Peth. Michelin Star chefs from all over South East Asia are invited to come together for a week long food extravaganza!

One of my favourite residencies of the year is at V Villas Phuket in Thailand. As close to paradise as anywhere I’ve ever played, the Piano Bar looks out over the Indian Ocean and is simply perfect. Can’t wait to be back in 2026, definitely worth the long flight!

From 2026, I will be supplying piano entertainment to the newly refurbished and re-opened V Villas Maldives at Mihiri. The villa resort is a sister proprty of the three Thai properties I visit every year and has it’s own piano bar in the centre of the island!
