Some of the most memorable bookings I’ve taken have been ‘informal’ gatherings of family, friends and neighbours where the piano either adds background atmosphere or else takes ‘centre-stage’ as the principal feature of a party. Depending on the intended ‘vibe’ of the event, piano music will definitely add a degree of timeless sophistication – if your guests are in the mood for a ’round the piano’ singalong then all the better! Songs fcan be requested from my ‘repertoire-list’ of more than 800 songs all of which can be played from memory – so no need to be reaching for the sheet music or iPad!
